Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship?
We are currently only able to ship within the United States, but we are hoping to expand to other countries in the future. However, if you have a special order you’d like to place with us send us an email at hello@auterranaturals.com and we can try to pull some strings!
What are my shipping options?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Florida. We use USPS, FedEx, UPS, and third-party carriers to ship our products.

Orders received by 2pm EST are shipped out the same business day. Orders received after 2pm EST are shipped the following business day.
Tracking information is provided as soon your order is processed and shipped out.
It's recommended to provide a phone number during checkout in order to avoid any delays should our carriers encounter any issues during delivery.
Wrong or incomplete address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay the delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
Delayed or lost orders
A package is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the carrier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
Missing items
If there are missing items in your order, contact us at hello@auterranaturals.com. We will send you the missing items as soon as possible—or refund them if you wish.
